Hi everyone, any help much appreciated, I'm just trying to identify what this rubber hose is sticking out the back of my tamoretti. any ideas?  |

Looks like it might be a vent hose. My erg has one start the scoot and put a finger about an inch away from it if you feel hot air blowing out I would say thats it. Or possibly the carb vent hose.
But I could be wrong, being that is has not made a problem I would guess it is one of the two.

If the other end is sticking into the Tranny in other words the hose is maybe 6 inchs long it is your tranny Vent hose.

Thanks for your help guys, so its not a problem and not supposed to be plugged in to something? Mot is up so hope they dont mind it hanging around. I will check if it blows hot air when i start it

I bet there is a spot for it to connect to right above it on that plastic air vent box.

That hose should connect to the backside of the air filter box.  |

Thanks so much mate there is a little hole that it looks like it once fitted in, will need to find a clip to hold it. So it pretty much does nothing though since the scoot runs fine

Its a vent hose. Probably goes into the airbox. Check for a nipple with nothing on it
