I was taught it's Chinese brush-drawing. Whatever you call it, it's a beautiful drawing. And not something I'm particularly skilled with. >'Kat

Saw Lovelace. maybe see it. Nothing really spectacular about this movie. Some nudity from the lead actress. Also saw Kick- two. Nothing really spectacular here either. Jim Carey was in this one. saw Jobs, with Ashton Kutcher. Out of these three I liked Jobs most. True events inspire the story about Steve Jobs as he goes from college drug experimentation to major computer business Then there is Paranoia. I didn't follow this movie as good as I wanted to. Could've been better. Saw Elysium and was EXCELLENT. See it

I had fun last Friday watching the local news' movie reviewers call it "Kick-A". Wonder if they practised that so they didn't slip up.
Still haven't seen any movies. Thanks to checking out for free at the library, I've gotten REALLY choosey about what I spend my $10 on for the theatre.

I'm thinking I might check out Gravity in the theatre. Seems like the type that's better big-screen rather than tv-sized.

I saw "Rush", the movie about two formula 1 racers in the 70s. It was more about characters than racing, and it was very well done. James Hunt was a skirt chasing party animal. Nicki Lauda is self disciplined and responsible, with a very technical mind. Both are very witty. In some ways, it reminded me of a cop movie, where partners have diametrically opposed personalities. I enjoyed the racing scenes too, as I was a big F1 fan in the 70s and 80s. The ladies will love the movie because James Hunt's character will leave them wanting more.

I saw Gravity too. Sandra Bulloch still looks great in her undies. Clooney is as good as ever. Ending was a bit dull. Worth seeing.

Nothing new but I picked up The Puppetmaster collection for $5 in the Halloween section of Kmart, a couple weeks ago. I love those killer puppets!
