The past few days my scooter when taking off from a dead stop is very rough,a lot of vibration,I usually take off slow, but I noticed if I give it more gas when taking off the vibration is almost gone.i have a newer gates belt and Koso variator I just had the cvt taken apart and I removed the clutch bell and sanded the pads and the inside of the bell, then about a week later the viberation started, what's up? It's the stock clutch with about 1800 mi,I suspect that's the issue?

Did you grease the needle bearings inside the clutch that allow it to spin freely on the clutch shaft? Did you get any dust inside the slides on the clutch when you deglazed the pads? A lot of vibration could mean the belt has streatched too. You realy need to open it up and take a good look at what is happening in there.
