When on the stand with the cvt cover off the rear wheel touching the ground you can move the clutch bell back and forth about 1/4 in each way its in the gears can you tighten them or shim them tighter?
When riding it howels a little the reason for checking it

That is normal, don't forget you have 4 gears to mesh to turn your wheel. Nothing to worry about. Alleyoop

As long as there is no movement up and down you should be Ok. Are you having any issues with things rattling loose or the exhaust system breaking? This will start to happen as the bearings in the gear case start to fail. If you have not changed the gear lube yet it also may be past due. The original lube the bike came with should have been flushed out and replaced before you started the bike for the first time.

Those needle bearings need to be checked and greased every time you check or replace the rollers and if you put a longer lasting belt in still need to be greased at the same 2,000 to 3,000 mile interval at which you would be removing it to check the rollers and change the OEM belt.
