Were I've lived for the last 3year's in griffin Ga. I've seen hundreds of deer(sometimes 4 to7 at a time), rabbits, cats, dogs, turkeys, a couple of possums, chipmunks, squirrels, raccoons, armadillos, lizards, frogs, 3 turtles, more birds than I can name & 1 red fox.  That I see going up my drive way on security cam. To my disbelief I've never seen a snake on my property.  Now it doesn't matter were you live. Dave |

I don't see a lot of creatures.. Not sure why, I live in a house in the burbs w/ some good backyard woods, but I guess the houses just beyond along w the roads makes it a non-creature habitat lol
At my dad's house its another story. He lives in Kennesaw next to the mountain so we have seen deer that come right up on your lawn.

I see raccoons, rabbits, CATS, frogs clinging to our front door  Never seen an opossum here....yet. Raccoons aren't as bad, since everyone here has newer trash containers that aren't as easy for them to access. |

Ya It's pretty cool. I've been sitting on my porch around 7or8 pm having a cold one. Only to look up from my book to see 2 deer less than 10,15 feet from me.  Dave |

We have roadrunners,Quail with babys,coyotes,rattle snakes,Bull snakes,lots of hummingbirds, most dont know but the roadrunners are meat eaters here you cant put your hummingbird feeders low down the roadrunners will eat them and I saw a male and female roadrunner kill a baby rabbit by hitting its head on the rocks
forgot rabbits white tail and jack rabbits

devo344a That's cool I use to live in Cali. Traveled back and forth to Ga. and never seen a roadrunner. Iwood love to be back out west.

I love GA but would love to relocate to the west for a bit. If not on the coast (cali) I would love to move to somewhere like Moab Utah, but then I 'd have to buy a jeep ;D

Its nice out here hardly any rain very dry thats why im here I have breathing problems and the humidity messes me up I was in Montana for 4 years before coming down here and managed a campground in milescity but it was to cold there 30 below most of dec&jan .The roadrunners are kinda neet but nothing special

Crabs, Mussels Clams and oysters, Sharks, Blue Fish, Stripped Bass And the ocassional seal, porpoise or whale. Sea Gulls and other water birds
