To be honest..it's a Crap Shoot on Ebay as MANY Chinese companies made identical looking products. Most are marked and touted as having an advance curve. I tested several identical ones and some had it...some did not. Get with tvacman on here. He and I discussed the ones we tested..and sells one that truly does. Some of the CD's are 12 degrees advanced..linear...from idle to full speed. Those can be a bear trying to start in cold weather.. The one in the pic is for a 2 stroke..but they have them on Ebay for 4 strokes also. It worked for me. tvacman I believe has the Casoli brand that are good as well. You'd have to inbox him here to find out what he has that tested out properly. Attachments:

Get a an ADVANCING CDI. They are great, no kickbacks(which is bad for your starter clutch) when starting due to being advanced to much for starting. They are retarded for easy starts and advance the timing at around 3K(WIN WIN). If you ever do a BBK and have high compression like I have 200 psi, you will need it, or have to start replacing your starter clutch more times than you want. JOHN(TVANCMAN) has them and he already tested them out so when you get it, you know they work. Alleyoop

Right on folks could you link me up with some memebers with parts stores?? I like eBay for the cheap prices but you will suffer with the cheap parts. Plus it is always better to be able to speak with your parts dealer

I tested 4 that look the same and they were all different timing curve . Guys thanks for the kind words . You can see I list my phone number in my signature feel free to call . John
