I bought this all torn up and I'm trying to figure out where these hoses are supposed to go: The line from the carb looks severed, not sure where that is supposed to go. There are also pictures of some air hoses and a rubber piece with a clip on it above the kick start and below the fuel line from the gas tank. Not sure how to upload pictures from my phone, but here's a link to the folder: drive.google.com/folderview?id=0BwXRU2qJMxDvWGMtYTl5YzBBaHM&usp=sharingThanks!

1.The little hose on the first picture is your CARB BOWL VENT HOSE leave it as is Bent down. 2. The second picture you holding that big hose in your hand that goes on the CANISTER that you have laying there. 3. The other hose BIG hose on the canister goes on the CONNECTOR ON YOUR AIR BOX TUBING. That big hose in the second picture you are holding IS THAT CONNECTED TO A VALVE that has a piece of PIPING WELDED TO your EXHAUST PIPE? IF so that is a EGR VALVE and it sends unburned fuel back to the AIR TUBING to be re-burned. Alleyoop

The hose that connects to the air box doesn't seem to be matched very well. Is there normally an adapter or something to connect it? I can force it on, but it doesn't seem like it will stay especially with the way that I have the hose routed from the canister.

Yes there is usually a plastic connector on the Air Box that the Hose fits onto . You can get any type of piece of pipe from the hardware store that will fit INSIDE that connector on the AIR TUBE and then you can attach the hose to it. OR you can deactivate the EGR most DO.
Get some JB WELD from the auto parts store and take the hoses OFF THE VALVE attached to the Exhaust pipe and fill the VACUUM hole connector and the EXHAUST outlet that the big hose was connected. Then follow the VACUUM line back up and PLUG THAT UP(you can bend the VACUUM HOSE and ZIP TIE IT shut). Then plug up the HOLE on the AIR TUBING and take the canister off--DONE). Alleyoop

I was looking for the mix screw and I noticed a little spot on the underside of the carb where a vacuum line might go. I added another picture to the same folder above. You can barely see it to the right of the bracket near where the hose with the spring casing goes into the carb. On that note, what is the hose with the spring casing for? It goes down to the side and connects to something with a small screw inside of it.
I apologize for any lack of clarity, it's hard to describe what I'm talking about without knowing what everything is called.

Yes that is your Carb Bowl Drain Hose, make sure that is on that Connector on the CARB otherwise you will have gas pouring out and may cause a fire. Alleyoop
