hmm , sounds like a carb prob, check and see if the float in the bowl is stuck.

I'd say check the filter, and that it is installed in the correct orintation. Are you sure you have fuel in the float bowl when it dies?

I dont mind the tell it how it is ive been working on vehicles of some sort all my life. Its hard to find alot of info on some of these scooters and im not afraid to ask and most of the time i can sort out the .
but anyway there is no power to the enricher and from what ive found its hooked up to the voltage regulator and tested with an ohm meter and the yellow wire is the wire from the enricher to the regulator but no voltage
I was going to hook up 12 volt to the enricher till i saw a resister was used.
If the enricher works like a choke if its running fine without it everything should be ok.
yest when i took the carb apart i blew threw all the jets and such but I believe im going to have to tear it apart again believe it may be the float level or something else in it

Since you think it is the lack of fuel in he carb bowl, get a container and stick the Carb Bowl Drain hose in it and open the Drain screw and see how much gas comes out of the bowl. Also leave it like that and crank the motor over and see if fuel keeps coming out if it does fuel is getting into the carb bowl. Shut the Bowl Drain screw. Just remember if the Valves are tight and not sealing you may not get suction to suck in fuel from the carb. So I say again Adjust your valves FIRST so you know you are not loosing compression and it will have enough suction to draw fuel from the carb. As for the ENRICHER it works OPPOSITE of how they do on a car. That is why they call it an ENRICHER it ACTUALLY FEEDS FUEL. The Enricher voltage is fed from the Regulator/Rectifier. Also check the Green wire make sure that is grounded. The Enricher only gets voltage AFTER THE MOTOR IS RUNNING. By Default WHEN COLD the ENRICHER plunger is RETRACTED, when Retracted it FEEDS FUEL FOR COLD STARTS. Once the motor starts it gets voltage and starts to heat up the gel inside and makes the PLUNGER EXTEND OUT to shut off the extra fuel. The ENRICHER cuts off the extra fuel within 3-5 minutes then it is ONLY THE PILOT JET that is feeding it fuel. So you can take it off and lay it on its side then use your thumb to cover the hole and start the motor. KEEP YOUR THUMB over the hole that acts as if the ENRICHER was feeding it fuel. As it is running watch the ENRICHER and see if it starts to EXTEND AND OR GET WARM and or HOT to the touch. Here is what the ENRICHER and PLUNGER should look like COLD and After it EXTENDS OUT IF it is getting voltage as the motor is running. Alleyoop NOTICE the PLUNGER THIS IS WHEN YOU FIRST TAKE IT OFF COLD BEFORE YOU START THE MOTOR: THIS IS WHAT IT SHOULD LOOK LIKE EXTENDED AFTER 3-5 minutes of the motor running:

Once the motor starts it gets voltage and starts to heat up the gel inside and makes the PLUNGER EXTEND OUT to shut off the extra fuel. Is that how that thing works? I figured it was just electromagnetic. Scooter parts never cease to amaze me.

Alleyoop-I did check the valves for the 3rd time in the morning cold I also checked after it quit running th make sure there was clearance after it was hot.
I was going to back out the screw on the carb bowel in the morning and try what you said.
will try the start and run for the enrichener

Well tryed holding my finger over the enrichener it ran and the enrichener extended it never stalled till i took my finger off and it restarted this time. I also backed the screw out on the bowel drain and it seemed to have enough fuel coming out full hose steady stream. so if i was to plug the enrichner hole what would happen ? Alleyoop-- if im understanding you right when the enrichener is extended its getting more fuel ?? right?? Just wanted to say thanx to everyone for there help so far Thats the worst time ive ever had sticking my finger in a hole for 5 minutes it seemed like a lifetime lol lol

FANTASTIC!! Get a new ENRICHER it is NOT SUPPOSED TO BE EXTENDED WHEN COLD. That means it is NOT FEEDING EXTRA FUEL FOR STARTING.
NO, When it is EXTENDED IT IS NOT getting fuel. Alleyoop

Well tryed holding my finger over the enrichener it ran and the enrichener extended it never stalled... l I think this means it operated normally or extended over time...

To follow up more...
The enrichener is the opposite of a choke. Where a choke, chokes off air to the carb, lowering the air for the air/fuel mixture, for starting and running until warm. The enrichener allows more fuel in for increasing the fuel for the air/fuel mixture.
Another words, instead of removing air it adds fuel.

DX And It extended it worked properly
I plugged the enrichner hole with pennys and it ran alot better.
I finally got pissed and tore down the motor took it down had a spare piston and rings put them in and everything looked real good.
For alleyoop Iadjusted the valves while cold lol put it all back together and it ran good i could shut it off and it would restart real quick took it a ride for about 30 min came back shut it off and it wouldnt start again

You checked the valves cold after the no start issue or before?

Ive checked the valves cold after setting all night so many times Im starting to have dreams about them.
Ive also taken and checked after its hot and they still have clearance

Check it all spark fuel etc. Bummer hope you find it. Have you tried threatening it with the scrap pile?
