Buyer beware. Please do as much research as possible before your Trike or scooter purchase. Make absolute certain that the Trike or scooter you want to purchase is in stock before placing an on-line order. MMM will indicate item is "in-stock" both on-line and verified with customer service. When you place your order they will process your payment - but contact you indicating item is out of stock "would you like to purchase another model" etc. I did go with a similar model for a lesser price. Their on-line process updates are not current and getting through to them by phone is very discouraging/timely. Upon delivery and assembly my Trike would not start. The spark plug was curroded. I changed spark plug and the Trike would start but not run for more than 30 seconds. Upon making contact with MMM service I was told that I needed to fillout a parts replacement form. I am not a mechanic and I do not know what needs to be replaced at this time. They took a long time to get back to me via e-mail. They never called me. Now I am respectful that this company might have been positive for other people but i wanted to share my bad experience. I got onto these Poboards and contacted Jim from Rapid Repair. I did not purchase from Jim but he was extremely helpful to me. I would provide him information and he in turn would supply me with much needed and helpful information. I am glad that there are still people out there like Jim, many thanks to him! Long story short I found that the carb/choke were bad with an extremely "rich" run and black spark plug. MMM is sending me a new carb. but at my expence to install. I purchased a 2013 300CC Tornado that was defective and I am left holding the peices literally. Be warned that they indicate that the 2013 Zodiac is "in stock" they will allow you to go through purchasing it on-line only to take your money and contact you later that it is unavailable. I simply do not want this to happen to anyone else.

Most of the dealers that sell scoots are an OFFICE with a few phones and all they do is take orders. Then they call a distributor for whatever you ordered. And yes they will lie through their teeth telling you it is in stock just to get your money up front. Don't forget they get the scoots for less that what they are selling it for. They use your money to pay the distributor usually is the guy that also ships it out to you not the onsite dealer you ordered from. If it is not a Brick and Mortar shop they do not know squat. Same with the parts they have to submit for the replacement from the distributor so you can imagine the back and forth BS that goes on. And your hanging out to dry.
They have this down to a tee, and if you notice just about all of them are Compnay.LLC, look up LLC and what they can get away with they are not .INC companies.

Thank you Bob for your kind words and your post.
I talked with Bob quite a few times on the phone and I think what he is trying to say is that the communication with MMM was non existant, they wouldn't return his emails or calls.
We all preach "do your homework" but there are way to many out there that don't know that until it is too late and they have already bought a machine from company "x" and don't get customer service after the sale, that is what this section is for is to help folks and tell us what has happened to them.

No, but I did talk to Jim about MMM before I got my Zodiac, and, low and behold, what is reported above is what Jim and i talked about months ago
I think it may be best to find someone else. Maybe someone that actually has a brick and mortor shop

;)Anyone miss me? Sorry to hear your experience brewbob. As prodigit said "Your payment didn't come through, and they sold their last scooter of that type before your payment was cleared. You'll most likely have to wait for the scoot to arrive from China.", some customers have to choose other bikes if they don't want to wait. All parts request will be checked by our experienced mechanic. You can send us photo to help them to locate the problem. But they can't alway know what happened. If you can find somebody help you find out the issue and fill a parts request, we can do our best to get it repaired.
