Since I have a free flow air filter I just kinda have my Valve Cover breather hose routed off to the side. After riding it to work I noticed that there was white fluid spit out onto my CVT cover and found that it was coming from the valve cover breather tube. Does anyone have any idea what this would be?
It's a 150cc motor.

When oil gets moisture in it,it will become milky white looking,I would guess that's what it is.

Yep that is a fact, and what you should do is put a Fuel FIlter on the end of it and ZIP TIE it high on the swingarm so if it does spit out oil it will not go all over your motor and or cvt. Alleyoop

I put a hole in the side of a water bottle and made a "Catch can". I kinda figured it was oil i was just concerned that it was a greyish white color. Shouldn't it be the same color as the oil?

As alleyoop said...or make one of these in the link below. It is a post and project I made for our old site. Mount the Hamster bottle up and back like alleyoop mentioned in his post. Read the link and you will see how it works and what it does. Sure keeps my uncle engine clean. Before Installed that for him..he just left the hose open and everything became cover in foamy moisture oil film. This will collect oil vapors and when engine is shut down..oil goes back into the engine..vice all over your scoot or the street. scootdawg.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=talk&thread=53726&page=1#522106

I just used a fuel filter wire tied to the frame on my 150de. It works pretty well.
