1st ticket No state inspection
2nd Unregistered M.V
3rd unlicensed driver.
What should I do and what am I facing?. My court date is on june 3rd. What is not next move. I'm scared honestly.
I got a ticket for driving a 35cc pocket bike when I was 15. it came under driving without a license. I'm 23 now and that was in Florida. Will that cause me problems?.

Plead guilty for the first two and get a dl to get the third drop. Did you not know or just took a chance

The least you can do, is, before June 3
1. Get it inspected
2. Get it registered
3. Take the MSF Class and get the MC endorsement on your DL.

The cop told me that if I get a motorcycle inspection vehicle registration and a license the charges should be dropped. I don't know how much water that holds tho.
Does anyone know If I can get a motorcycle license without a regular license.

Then get one and get scheduled for the MSF class Or is there a legitimate reason you ain't got one? Not to bust your balls, but why r u on the road with No DL No MC endorsement No registration No inspection Inexperienced riders are a danger to everyone else, especially you. The cop may have just saved you life. |

I live in Virginia
First to get registered you need your title and Insurance proof
Registration costs about $30 every year just like a car
Next you can go ANYWHERE that does STATE INSPECTIONS. A state inspector can do inspections on scooters/motorcycles as well as the usual car or truck.
It costs $12 for an inspection on motorcycles/50+cc scooter
When I had my inspection they only checked to make sure the engine starts and idles, headlights, horn, blinkers,brake lights, hazard lights. It took longest for them at the Dodge dealership to process the sticker.
Now with your scooter now legal to ride.
Yes you can get a m/c only license.
You can take the Motorcycle Safety Foundation skills course Basic which costs about 130-150 bucks. Classes fill up quick, you should get a class immediately
Or just get your Permit wait 30 days then practice the course in the mean time
