I ve been ordering parts from them for about a year and am A dealer also and luckyly I havnt had any problems with them yet all the stuff I buy from them is for my own use but so far so good

My impression is that Scrappy doesn't operate that way. Am I correct? No..scrappy is the real deal...brick and mortar shop with huge warehouse and great staff. Rick runs an honest business and customer service is great. Shelly..who answers the phone..will even go pull a part...weigh it..measure..describe it...anything you ask.  Now THAT is customer service. Parts for scooters..same way. I always get the same with ALL the folks you see in the banners above. You want quality...a good price...and great customer service...click the banners above. Yes they are, and they will make an order right when there's a mess up.. I have no qualms doing business with scrappy or partforscooters.. Both have been good to me.. |
