My battery fully charged struggles to start both my scoots, for high compression builds i say get the lithium or a high torque starter or both, on a stock scoot a regular agm should suffice depends on the build, anything over 190 psi compression needs a good battery or starter or both Have you tried up-sizing the battery cables? That might be enough...and it's a lot cheaper than a lithium battery! |

I used my Lithium battery all winter..never had to float charge it like my gf's 'wet cell' lead acid battery. Cranked everytime... Now of course I do know you like to negate nearly everything folks post(especially if it's me) and come up with some bizarre and outlandish 'facts' that bear no true testimony. Merely based on speculation. I find it odd that MANY have thanked me for my posts...ideas and suggestions..tips etc that have worked for them. Not seen one for your posts. Not flaming..angry..being rude or disrespectful. Simply stating a fact and asking that if you have nothing positive..only negative things to say to or about me....or my posts. My response was in reply to the OP's request, and yes, I did not read the rest of the thread, just suggesting something. I'm sorry your feelings get hurt because no one's there to pat you on the back, but GET OVER IT man! You're sounding like a 5 year old, not getting a cookie; for real... Not expecting a pat on the back..and I did get a thank you. Also my feelings are not hurt. Why would my feelings be hurt because you negate nearly everyone's posts...then post off the wall stuff and many many speculative thoughts as factual?.. That falls on you...not me. Btw..I did have 2 Windmill cookies with my coffee this morning...so I am fine there.. ;D |

Just bought my new battery today on ebay for $24.24 with fast and free shipping. It's a sealed AGM factory activated battery with a voltage, capacity and size matching that of my old one.

My batteries i got were 24 dollars too from 1st web sales on ebay they work but not well for my high compression scoots, but I've put them in stock scoots and other big bore kit scoots and they work great a lithium battery isn't needed for most, but is needed in my case

Yes, 1st web sales is the ebay seller I bought it from. My scooter is stock, so it should work great.
