Im talking about the flat panel where the turn signals mount not the actual curved piece that covers the tire. I just cant imagine still having the curved piece around the tire and removing the flat panel that water is going to defy physics and wrap around the back of the bike against wind resistance and wrap around to me.

That part prevents your trunk and luggage rack from getting messed up and prevents rooster tails from getting the riders behind you. It would be unkind to other riders to remove it. On group rides we would put you in all the way the back.

mine is broke i bought a new rear fender got it today looks like i have to remove the body panels gas tank and rear light to put it in so i cut my old one off Attachments:

not sure i gained anything since mine never had the fender and i'm not gonna bother putting on my new fender too much hassle and eagleatvparts probably won't take it back, anyone want to buy a brand new t3 rear fender?
