Hello my name is Aaron, I am from VA, Buy Sell and Collect Antique Glass Bottles, and I'm a big computer guy too..
and I just acquired a Wildfire 50 CC "WFH50-S2P"
I really want to fix it up and get it running at least properly until I can afford a better type or a cycle.. I have a 1970 Yamaha 360 that I have no idea what to do with as well ..
I got it very very cheap, not really familiar with parts and everything but I have been working on it for the past 2 days and I'm really just fed up with some stuff, Really need some more advice and help with a few issues I've been facing Ill make a new post with more info and specifics.
If you want to help or have this specific WF Model's parts I'm really in need!!! Thanks so much!

Explain when this happens the bogging, starting off at wide open throttle etc..
Also does it start good and idle good?
On the center stand if you give it gas does it bog or not when you give it throttle.
Also will it take throttle slowly without bogging or only when you crack it it a lot.

used scooter check list:
1. inspect crankshaft bearings. Pass/Fail
2. Inspect drive mech. Variator, belt, clutch. Take apart inspect, lube .
3. adjust valves.
4. Clean tank/ Carb. replace fuel filter and fuel lines.
5 lube/clean kickstart mech.
Run engine adjust carb.

It ran fine with no plastic covering ... as in the front pieces and the rear covers im thinking its not getting the proper amount of air... and I also have the weird spider webby designed lights its a 2 bulb piece with 5 screws and then theres a single fish eye oval shaped light in the top front cover piece and I need to replace that bulb but it seems like its not supposed to even be there as far as the style of the scooter on the website :/  |

Forget about the light, won't do you any good unless the scoot is running first.
How about some detail or better yet a VIDEO of you trying to start it with sound. Also pictures of the CARB area and hoses would help.

ACTUALLY its a WFH50-S2 I need to replace the large top bulb as well as the lower ones and the turn signals don't work either..

like I said without the outer covering it ran completely fine ... I did have a messed up air box though which I replaced and haven't tried running since then.. will having the intake on the carb open and everything put on make it bog like that?

Like I said take pictures of your CARB AREA so we can see what is missing and or POSSIBLE AIR LEAKS.

ill have to do it tomorrow its dark alley.. but theres no air leaks .. like I said it runs without plastic... and I didn't have the filter box on can you just answer if that is the problem ?? since it was off it got the proper air??

If your running it without any air filter is it runs that way, that means it is GETTING TO MUCH FUEL and needs a lot of air to compensate for to much fuel. SO if you then put the AIR FILTER or AIR BOX back on now it is being flooded. You should not run the motor withoug an AIR FILTER it will suck in a lot of dirt and get inside your motor and damage it. Connect the Air Filter to the carb. Here is what your carb looks like BUT SMALLER, see the Fuel/Ratio screw on the left that is the one to turn CLOCKWISE until it stops and then turn it out 2 1/2 turns and see if it starts and idles. as I said it starts and idles fine, but after placing all the parts back on and took it for a ride it was bogging down again.. but as for the headlamp its a larger version would a "Eiko 01019 40144" be the correct replacement don't really wanna pay 10$ from wildfire you know..

Here is how to adjust your fuel ratio mixture so it does not bog and set the idle. As far as the lights I have no idea what it takes you have to take them off and get the number and a picture of what they look like for someone to help you find something that will work. that's the problem .. the top bulb isn't there at all haha... but I will post detailed pictures sometime tomorrow I appreciate you help alley but the top light is bigger than the 2 "Running Lights" that are below.. I only paid 50$ for the scooter as it is with a new battery.. so yea.. spent 33 $ on mirrors, 25$ on the locks/ignition with keys on the way and a new air box for 10$
