so the screw I did actually turn it all the way clockwise tight not knowing what it is ... so what do you recommend from there? 1-3 1/4 inch turns counter?

Turn the Fuel ratio screw Counter Clockwise 2 turns from the closed position.

Yes that controls the amount of fuel for starting and idleing and about up to 20mph on your scoot then the needle and main jet come in to play and add more fuel.

runs amazing after I put the hoses back right and adjusted the fuel ratio screw about a 1/2 inch or so turn from fully clocked

well I got the light fixed today and bought a new helmet but still cant figure out whats wrong with the turn signals the bulbs are good and the wires are going in correct im pretty sure but nothing.. no clicking or lights ... you think its most likely the relay ? :/.

If you have a LIGHT TESTER test the wires by the relay when you turn them on. If voltage is getting to the Relay then replace the RELAY. 12V Liight testers are really cheap and are very handy to find if something is getting juice or not. Alleyoop LIGHT TESTER:  |
