2012 TaoTao cy150a Scooter does not shut off with key now

I added a set of fog lights to my scooter the other day, and for some reason after I put it all back together and started it up, when I stopped to park and turned the key the electrical shut off but not the engine.
Under my font cover there used to be a dummy plug (its the place an alarm plugs in) and it had a 1 wire connector on it. Needless to say that connector is gone, I need to know what two wires I need to jump so my engine will shut off? I tried plug and play but ended up blowing 3 fuses so I stopped.
I don't know how the connecter went missing but I remember it being there when I replaced the headlights last week.
