I just bought a used 2016 Lance Cali Classic 125 with under 1,000 miles on it. I noticed the handlebar assembly is off just a little bit to the left. Not much, still rideable. The handlebar stem is bolted to the fork tube with one through bolt, like most Chinese scooters. From what I can tell, there is no adjustment in it, which means it is bent. Is there anything else that could cause this? I can't find any signs of it having been dropped. Thanks, JYD

I would suggest dropping the fork tubes and having a look see. The or my or most of these have Two Pinch Bolts but the Fork Tube is only located by One in that Clamp. The relief in my upper tube wasn't correct so they just used impact and rammed in the bolt so the front end was tweeked. Drop and check yours, use the axle to square things up, unless something is actually bent witch is unlikely you should be able to make happy..

I'd loosen up all the mounting(clamp blots and steering stem bolt and massage things around with a rubber or medium heavy dead blow hammer and tighten everything up,,,that should do the trick

"I lucked out on the handlebar situation. I pulled off more of the front plastic, and found that it actually does have a triple clamp with pinch bolts. I should be able to slightly loosen those bolts, then hold the front wheel between my feet and straighten it out. I'll wait till I ride it again, so I can get it perfectly straight." . . source
