ONLY opinion that counts is your own . . and you will probably disregard all others anyway! Just curious however . . has the 2017 Kymco People GT 300i become a "garage queen"?

I would go with the newer Roughouse, in spite of the mileage. The Yamaha bike was unused for a long time, and that creates problems.

Really thought this was a bit of a fun thought exercise. Just came back from a scoot, in fact. 2 50cc 2-strokes, light years apart in age, but the same price... No interest in purchasing - and, they've had the Roughouse for about a year now - the Yamaha only recently popped up...

The overall question is how something was treated by its owner. Did it get flogged like a rented mule or ridden with respect? Besides, this is the 21st century, how is 10,000 miles "high mileage"? Even a two stroke scooter should be good for much higher mileage before the piston and barrel gets replaced.
