If we still had the 55mph national speed limit from the 1970s, the Cub would sell much better in the states. I guess Honda wasn't interested in producing a 400cc Cub for compatibility with our growing speed limits. -I have ridden a real Honda Cub, but never owned one. I don't think my 1969 S really counts as a Cub.

I would really like to have a cub I think I would fit on one much better than I do a scooter

I never understood why the Symba and BMS Metro didn't sell better. They had a durable engine, easy shifting and big wheels. As a day to day commuter they would have been great.

MotoGP hotshots Marquez and Pedrosa like the Cubs too. Honda organized an exhibition race with all on Super Cubs, at Montegi. They duked it out like it was a points race.
