Best the Gringos learn to ride at home.
Brainless thing to do is never been on two wheels before then got to a foreign country usually in party form to give it a try.
Anywhere I've been out of country with Scooters the Travel agents and Pod people (Cruise ship) adamantly warn there Gringos Not to rent the Scooters.
Its got to the point its Afternoon entertainment after a half day of Diving to pop a cold one and watch the Pod people crash Scooters...
