I have a Evo 2x big powerboard . When it is off the ground and I pull the throttle the wheel spins but when I stand on it it barely moves an it only moves when I pull the throttle a little. If I pull the throttle all the way I get full rpm's but no acceleration. The clutch drum still spins when the wheel isn't moving I don't know if that is relevant. Anybody please help I need my scooter to get back an forth to work.

It sure sounds like you need to look at clutch pads and springs which hold them together. They are a very simple system so go for it

So to be clear..... the clutch bell moves independent of the rear wheel? If that is what is going on your going to need to open up the gearbox. Something has happened in your gearbox your going to want a rebuild kit
