i looked at the specs for a Boom Rugged 150cc scooter with a TMEC engine.
according to the place selling it the engine has a ceramic coated cylinder and is built by SYM in Taiwan.
i cannot find any info on this scooter except on the one site selling it.
i went ahead and ordered one because it looks like it is a custom build and has stuff that no other one like it has.
i looked all over and no other online seller carries the same model or brand.
i think you can call China and have scooters built with any name you want on them and any paint scheme, etc.
either way it is a cool looking scooter that looks like it can handle a lot of use.
