Have replace the plug ignition coil stator CDI voltage regulator so you guys think it might be a grounding issue if so please help me. And on another note whoever designed this TaoTao 50cc 2016 model I wish death upon you I wish your children to drive this scooter to Eternal damnation. I know know I shoulda bought a Honda I just want this thing to start so I can sell it any help would be appreciated guys sincerely a guy going mental because of a TaoTao

Many times its simply the kill switch in the wrong position or defective. On some the brake light bulb is part of the circuit with the kill switch making it so a burnt out brake light bulb can keep you from starting. Sometimes using the other brake lever gets you going in case the micro switch in the brake lever is not 100%.

It could be as simple as a chassis/engine ground

Thank you so much for your help sir I am ordering the Killswitch now I don't know if that's the problem but he'll I've already replaced the entire electrical system I'll let you know once again thanks so much.

The way some bikes are wired sometimes its something as dumb as the stop light bulb being burned out.
