How many times has the head been off this engine,,,the studs do stretch and have a service life cycle,,,after just a few torques and subsequent retorques they stretch and will not hold clamping force,,,not trying to play devils advocate ,,,just an observation

The copper coat the new gasket and put it back together paying close attention to the tightening sequence. I do like to let the copper coat set for 24 hours in a clean area to ensure its cured enough to seal well.

Okay. I will copper coat the new gasket now and let it dry for 24 hours.
