I missed the good days this past weekend but I got out today briefly. Temperature at 45 degrees was good enough for me.

Man, here in Indiana we'll wind up with about 10 or so days in the 50s-60s, in a row. Rode the scoot to work the last couple weeks, for the most part.
You'd think it's April.
It wouldn't surprise me if we get a blizzard in a few weeks. Heck, December was probably the coldest month here, this winter.

It's going to be 80 degrees again today. Start off in the morning before the sun rises with the liner in your jacket and a hour or so later you have to remove it because it so hot.
Took a nice ride to the beach yesterday.

Another beautiful riding day here in Florida. Almost rode past the office and kept on riding today. Tomorrow will be a day of Tropical rain squalls and wind so I will be driving however looks like after that it will be riding weather every day through the weekend.

It was nice here, too. In the low 60s I think. I'll ride to work every day as long as it's not below 35-40 at night. I used to ride the appox 10 miles to work in much colder temps, but I'd rather be able to see through my face shield (rather than flip it up) and not worry about glazed roads or deer, or the combo of all three. Plus, I don't have to ride it anyway.
There was only a period of 10-14 days in a row this winter that I didn't at least ride to the store or gas station. I may not ride to work in below freezing weather, but I don't mind it if it's to the store or the nearby gas station. Prefer not to, but sometimes I do.
Honestly, I'm probably warmer riding with the wind chill with me all bundled up, than the average Joe wearing just a winter jacket taking a walk, at least for a handful of miles anyway.
I haven't had to worry about any of that lately, lol.

It was an absolutely gorgeous day here for riding! I even got a sunburn...in February! Literally spent the day out and about running errands or just wandering around. A little saddened that tomorrow isn't going to be as nice, but as we're leaving town for the weekend, it's not so bad. I just will have to get some riding in before we leave early afternoon. I used today to get used to the scooter...how it handles, accelerates, brakes, feels at different speeds, goes up on the stand (actually much easier than my previous one), comes off of the stand, and just enjoying the daylights out of myself! I was a little nervous because this one is bigger than the one I had before in engine and body size...as well as the seat height, but the more I rode the more comfortable I became. I'm definitely looking forward to riding season, if only to be outside more. I even found myself looking for accessories for when I go exploring the back roads. Yeah...I do believe I have "it" bad. Can't say that it's a bad thing, though.

On a 200 if your getting sunburned you really need to review your safety gear since there should not be much skin exposed to the sun except parts of your neck and maybe a half inch or so of your wrists if the cuffs of your gloves don't overlap the sleeves of your riding jacket.
Clear weather here topping out at about 80 degrees until a rainy Monday arrives

Yesterday was even better at 67 degrees. In the morning I had to go to Town to pick up a headlight bulb for the minivan. I took the 150 scooter since it has easy cargo space. I was so inspired by the weather and the ride I decided to do a motorcycle trip in the afternoon. I pulled out the 1991 Nighthawk 250 for that. It just rocks. It shifts like butter, pulls better than its size and handles like quality sportbike. The ride was too short but it left a mark. I may sneak out again today on something else.
