I have a 2008 BMS TBX 260CC Scooter. It loses power at full throttle going down the road. The scooter barely stays at 70 MPH as it is, so when on the highway and this happens, traffic is fast approaching from the rear. If I mess with the throttle handle the power will come back eventually. It is most prevalent on uphills, or into a headwind, lastly when it is really hot outside, (

Does anyone have any input on what the cause of this might be? The scooter has less than 2000 miles on it now.
