This family-ran business that started back in 1928 as Heeters Garage. In 1977, Dave Heeter expanded the business by starting a motorcycle/moped sales and service division. The business has since been called Heeters Performance Center and are located in North Manchester, IN.
Dave and his family are great people and do what they can for their customers. They mainly carry Kymco and Tomos scooters and mopeds. They also carry Hyosung motorcycles. The very fact that I endorse them is saying a lot.

Witnessing an accident is not a crime however leaving the scene after witnessing an accident is at the least considered unethical and is a crime in most of the world. What ever you say, dude

A guy I know bought a brand new Honda Ruckus only to be ran off the road a couple of weeks later. I'd run him off the road too if he came over and started beating off in my living room. I think I missed something The wrecking thing.

Other countries other laws. In USA it would be a felony, if not a serious crime to leave the place of an accident. Only if you're physically involved in the wreck.

Living in an apartment is also problematic for maintenance issues.

Relaxing for some. The thing of it is once the bugs are worked out, you have a reliable machine that can be repaired fairly easily by someone with the knack and at a fraction of the cost in parts. (Can we say name brand markup?) That's why I prefer family ran shops. They actually care about their customers. The big shops will screw you over every chance they get.

I like working on my scooter more than riding. This is exactly the reason I chose a quality name.

I prefer to let someone that knows exactly what they're doing handle the problem.

My complex won't even allow me to park mine in the parking spot. Have to walk 2 miles to get to it for work. What ridiculous place do you live at?
