I currently don't own a bike but I will soon enough. As for owning a Japanese bike, will never happen :#

Yes really. My American made antique Homelite Super-2 has an untold amount of hours on it and will continue to out cut any newly made Chicom Homelite chainsaw.
Don't know how good of a mechanic my neighbor is because I mainly stay to myself. He runs the scooter pretty good and has been having problems with it lately.

My neighbor tried getting his scooter to start for more than a hour this morning. This is exactly why you buy quality products. You'll end up spending more in repairs then what the scooter is worth.

Did you remove the front Fairing on it? Looks much better without I think you misread. That moped isn't mine. That's just the look I'm going for

What is the make and model of that bike? Love the look. It's a Tomos LX, which is an actual moped. Tomos mopeds won't be imported for about a year as the company is currently moving to another factory location. The LX above doesn't come that way from the factory.

Going to have a trunk installed too. Total cost should be around $2,100. Attachments:

That should be ample for most places. A typical put-put scooter weighs about 250lbs. Not going to be easy to pick one up because of the bulkiness let alone two. Not so. (Just ask any member who's had their scoot stolen) Even a relatively heavy scoot like a 250 is "fair" game . A group of lowlifes pull up to the "Merchandise" in a van or pickup, and working together, can have it loaded and gone in the blinking of an eye. LOCK UP YOUR SCOOT... (to some immovable object) It may not stop them even then, but why make it easy? She's talking about two scooters.

I am usually out with my husband and we usually wheel lock both scooters then chain them both together since we just have 1 long thick cable lock. Think that is sufficient or should we also try for a pole? That should be ample for most places. A typical put-put scooter weighs about 250lbs. Not going to be easy to pick one up because of the bulkiness let alone two.

I assumed you probably didn't I was trying to open your eyes to the fact that you could have a moped for the $300 or so you had refunded to you if you looked in local ads. I have apparently failed... Not at all.

Chicom scooters are a prime target since they break down often and owners are looking for replacement parts for theirs.

Was going to take much longer than I thought to pay it off. The first of the year I'm going to start buying 15-20 rolls of quarters every month until I have enough to buy a Scooter.
