Interesting link JR. But, the link is to an article from 2012, and, it looks like the Indiana Legislature has changed the law since then. This change of law may make JR's link meaningless, and it makes my brain hurt.  So, I am out of this thread. |

Let me see if I understand the situation:
1.) "Mopeds" including scooters 50cc and under do not require a license to operate on the roadways.
2.) The law changed so that "mopeds" need to be registered and plated to operate on the roadways, the licensing requirement was not changed.
3.) You did not register or plate your 50cc scooter, you were stopped and you were arrested for not having a license, not, for failing to register.
4.) You are taking this case to trial because you were charged with the offense that you were not guilty of.

This last weekend I decided that it would be a good idea to take the general advice to live each day as if it were your last. So, I checked into the local hospice where they hooked me up to an oxygen tank and gave me an IV with a morphine drip. It was refreshing.

Fix it now before doing more riding! I ignored a howling bearing thinking it was a howling belt, and, the failed bearing tore up the crankcase. See the vendors banners at the top of the page, one of them is sure to have the right bearings.
