I pulled the radio and tried a new speaker it's the unit has this happened to anyone else?

Powers on but the volumes almost non existant anyone else had this prob any help would be great

I'm pretty new here not to scooters tho lol I could use some help installing a new remote(fob) to my alarm if any one has a PDF or info that could help me program a new remote it would be much appreciated I can check back on here or y'all can send me an email at mobber904@yahoo.com thanks again in advance
