On the other hand, I don't think there had ever been a long running cartoon series about the cold war with a bison in the leading role. There are so many ways to assess who is more macho.

Bison. One of them can stop a locomotive.

I saw this chopper on a motorized bicycle forum, though you cannot pedal this one any more. Its an OCC Chopper bicycle mated to a 50cc scooter drive train. Looks like he hasn't found a spot for the rear shock. - I started thinking. If you built this with a 150cc gy6 drive train from a titled scooter, could you register it? You would need to use the original scooter head tube somewhere in the build because the serial no and manufacturer info is on it. In Texas, you would also need a DOT motorcycle tire on the front to pass the annual safety inspection.

I know. Doris Day hadn't made a movie since 1968. She still was what I considered a perfect woman; Smart, self sufficient, big heart and attractive. I enjoyed watching her more than the bombshells like Marilyn Monroe and Jane Russell. (I have nothing against bombshells) If you are ever in a bad mood, watch a Doris Day movie and I bet you will soon feel better. I think the Parent Trap was my favorite. Pillow Talk is a close second. Rest well, Doris. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Doris_Day

"Don't think I've ever heard of Randolph Scott."
I don't think I would have known of him if the Statler Brothers hadn't recorded a tune about him. Ted Turner's Superstation played a lot of vintage movies when I was coming up, but not many westerns from Randolf Scott's day. Now that I live in Texas, there are plenty of local UHF channels playing old westerns all day, every day.

I may request a hearse with beer taps for my funeral. That should boost attendance. (not sure about the purple valve covers and air cleaner)

It would be fun to load that thing up with people (alive ones) and take in a drive in movie.

Crushed velvet provides a low maintenance exterior. I would lay down some shag carpet in the garage to park it on.

They are thinking that the new balance system will be used to build larger thumpers, like 700 or 800cc.

Suzuki has applied for a patent for a new single. It is basically a v-twin engine case with a single cylinder, with a balance shaft replacing the 2nd cylinder (see link). This is a first for production street engines. This should eliminate some buzz at freeway speeds. -This configuration has been used by Ducati in the 1990s in engines produced for racing only. We saw Avengers End Game yesterday. I slept through much of the first hour because I was tired. Too many characters for me to keep up with. If a movie has more characters than the Dirty Dozen, I can't keep track of them very well.

Good luck with the move, Kevin. We will hereinafter remember May 5 as the Migration of the More Macho Monday Maestro to Maine.

I couldn't stop myself from posting this. This dude is suggesting that Hugh Heffner may have owned this Harley Topper because is has a few playboy magazine stickers on it. Its tough to ride a scooter while wearing a bath robe! -This scooter actually has a title. You can tag it and drive it without bother. Seller has converted it to 12v electrics. -I didn't realize how rare the Toppers are (if you believe the description in the EBay ad). "Harley-Davidson Harley Davidson Topper 1962 Playboy Edition. Runs perfectly. Rare. Hugh Hefner? Current bid: US $511.00 Reserve not met DESCRIPTION: Harley Davidson Topper 1962 Playboy Edition. Hugh Hefner's Harley? Comes with original Harley Davidson 1960-1964 Topper Manual and Original 1962 Title from Utah. All paperwork included. Please see pictures. As seen on American Pickers-where the owner would not even part with the Topper and on display at the Harley Museum in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. These are becoming obsolete and hard to even find-much less running like this great example. New 12v electric conversion, new 12v battery, 12v coil, replaced headlight and tail light, Harley Davidson made these here in the US and built them from 1960-1965 and made roughly 2,000 of them. It is estimated that less than 100 to be in existence today."www.ebay.com/itm/Harley-Davidson-Topper-1962-Playboy-Edition-Runs-perfectly-Rare-Hugh-Hefner/173888583777?hash=item287c913861:g:8uoAAOSwiehcx3c3
