I saw this chopper on a motorized bicycle forum, though you cannot pedal this one any more. Its an OCC Chopper bicycle mated to a 50cc scooter drive train. Looks like he hasn't found a spot for the rear shock.
- I started thinking. If you built this with a 150cc gy6 drive train from a titled scooter, could you register it?
You would need to use the original scooter head tube somewhere in the build because the serial no and manufacturer info is on it.
In Texas, you would also need a DOT motorcycle tire on the front to pass the annual safety inspection.
