My scoot started slowing down on me and I couldn't figure it out for the life of me. It was like someone had put a governor on this thing. Couldn't get the RPMs, couldn't get the speed, even downhill it was like there was a restrictor on it. One day, my tire got so flat it became obvious what the problem was. My tire had a slow leak in it and the lower tire pressure was causing the issue. Just never even though to check it. Rear tire BTW.
