Sorry fly', I'm staying with Clint. Josie Wales beats everything for me. That movie would halt game night with my friends'. Didn't matter we'd seen it a billion times, we'd still stop everything to watch it yet again. Helped that two of my friends agreed about how good a movie it is.

Gotta vote Clint. "Outlaw Josie Wales" is one of the finest movies ever filmed. And Eastwood directed it too. Did Bronsen direct any movies?

(GRRM story--he usually comes to our local sci-fi/fantasy con. He has some connection to the area, including Joplin MO which he donated a bunch of actual props and GoT swag to the auction, all monies to benefit Joplin's rebuild after the tornado.
A couple years ago he was one of the Guests of Honor. I went to him before closing ceremonies and asked if he'd sign my two books--explained I couldn't make his signing session as I had a different panel I had to attend. He looked a bit displeased but said sure. I went to my bag in the front row and grabbed my two NON-GoT books and handed them to him. He straightened up and looked a bit surprised and said something like "Really? This is it?" I said yes sir, that's all I needed signed. He signed to me and was very pleasant about it. I suppose he expected I'd return with 15 of his books taking advantage of him, 'cause I've seen the long lines at his signings. I also took the op to thank him for what he'd done for Joplin those years earlier. That seemed to make him happier yet.
Super nice guy, once he knew I wasn't scammy or anything. The way famous people should be with honest fans.)

sensitive feelings
(I don't have cable so have never seen GoT. I really should check it out from the library. Sadly even I know that pretty much every main character gets killed)

(cy', I'm jealous. I've never seen any of the old music boxes for real. Just have several records. Although we went to a museum in CO Springs that had a working nickelodeon, that was fun. Did you keep any of them?)

Yea it's a drag,,,when my pop was alive he would play his ragina metal disc player,,,he had all the Christmas discs known to man so I'd retreat to the ol homestead for a recharge of the mental batteries Oh. My. Gosh. Your pop had a real ragina? That's so awesome! I have several LPs of raginas. I love their sound. I even have--yes--a Christmas album. I think it has raginas and music boxes and something else
