5) pay driver
6) take box to table
7) open box
8) inhale that glorious smell of hot melty cheese
9) take the biggest slice
10) bite into that amazing hot melty cheese-covered dough
11) lick fingers clean after finished slice
12) repeat steps 8-11 )

(and I currently have 3/4 of a calzone in my fridge. And the guy did a good job of cramming it full of cheese. Sometimes they don't really bother, or maybe don't believe me when I ask for as much cheese as they can shove in there)

I suppose I must vote Elvis. I got lots of applause when I performed Falling in Love with You for ConQuesT Idol a few years ago. I sang that line to the first judge, next time through was making eyes at her then switched at the last second to sing it to the second judge, cracking everyone up. Third time, they were nudging the third judge "it's your turn" and she was grinning, and I was singing the verse to her, then last second switched to the lady doing the Ryan Seacrest role. And finished the repeat of the line to the audience.
So I owe Elvis one.

On a happier note, my big bro's family gifted me five AMC tickets, so I can be less discriminating in my movie-going for a bit. "Oh, that looks rather good, I'll go!" rather than "Oh, that looks rather good but is it worth $10 to see in the theatre?" Hooray for my bro!

Saw Last Jedi, too. I think the faithful HATE it based on articles I've read in our paper.
Me, it wasn't as dreadful as they seem to feel, but it wasn't all that great either. It was a decent, fun movie that was rather too long with its own pointless scene (not as pointless as the meadow romp). SPOILER--I felt they should've picked either Empire or Return, rather than cramming both in there together.
