Even if you feel.... Confused? Be sure kit s one of the best ride in the scooter ride for long range dual riders.. With enought power and fun inside to play ,especially with the driven cvt... They are so good that few people mod them for more performance or best confort... I m jealous each time i must give one back to his owner after some work on and a test ride...

with strong spring their is a usually better way you remove the old one, then the circlips remove the pads put the springs on like if it s on the clutch, and push it all (the assembly clutch pad and springs) on the clutchpadmount this avoid spring deformation and is really easy to do

i use this way almost everitime i must bleed a caliper it s really effective with some brand of caliper (ajp) it s almost the sole way to do.... but always remember to check the pad before, remove the used or worn and clean the caler piston and protect your paint, because by this way the oil can jump high and destroy paint and plastic , especially dot5

thanks a lot.... as in the past i still have plenty of documentation workshop and service manual that i could share, but nowhere to post them if somebody can handle this task i would be glad to send them for the board use....

hi i m new here but not at scootdawg i m swakk from nice city in south east of france (yes still not a califat nor in bankrupt or in civile war) i use to be a scooter mechanic and traveller in asia... and sometimes technical book writer.. see you soon.
