I sure wish the original poster would have followed up I’m having what sounds like the same issue on my 150cc gy6. Does anyone know if there is anything else that would cause these symptoms? I’ve tried two different cdis, three different carbs, two different intake manifolds, two different transmission kits, two different final gear kits, three different cylinder heads, a-big bore and now am back to my stock bore and and still bogging. , I’ve torn the engine down four times and put it back together. The only parts I can think of that have stayed consistent across my testing has been my exhaust, my rectifier, my and my electrical wiring. I’ve purchased a new battery and have a new taida starter. This is my daily driver and I’ve been out of commission three weeks already breaking my back on this thing lol. Please have mercy and help a fellah out!
