Thanks for the reply, but neither video is of my problem. My scooter will turn off with the kill switch. My scooter will not power up with the key switch or power down. The only way to power up the scooter is through the remote start. Once powered up if the kill switch is off, I can start the scooter and then kill it with the kill switch. To power down the scooter, I have to use the remote. If the kill switch is to the run position, the scooter starts with the remote. Everything works great using the remote to start the scooter. The key switch has been tested over and over and is good. I looked for a second fuse and or relays and only find a fan relay. The fan works as well. It is that the key switch does not a thing, but lock the steering now!
I find only a 20 amp fuse located on the starter solenoid and it is good, as I loose power to the clock if it is pulled.
The bike still starts with the remote start and runs excellent. Are there any other locations on this model where fuses are hidden?

2007 Benzhou (JCL) YY250T MP-250A I can not find a place to ask this question. This scooter sat until 2009 before being sold. It then sat until 2011 before being registered and drove. It was driven 36 miles, before being sat again until I purchased it this month 3/2019. The scooter would start placing the key in the ignition and turning the key to the on position. The lights would come on in the dash, via the scooter would start. At this time, the remote starter would not function to start the bike, and the alarm would go off immediately if turned on.
Now, the scooter will not power up turning the ignition switch to on. checked and has power to switch and travels through. The only way the scooter will power on now is with the remote start. Placing the key in the ignition and turn to on and then off, will not kill the scooter. It can only be done with the remote start.
I am at a lost as to what can be done. If the remote start/alarm box is un-plugged, the key still does not turn the scooter on. Need help with bypassing the remote start/alarm box with a wiring diagram.
Thanks in advance.
