I can not find a place to ask this question.
This scooter sat until 2009 before being sold. It then sat until 2011 before being registered and drove.
It was driven 36 miles, before being sat again until I purchased it this month 3/2019.
The scooter would start placing the key in the ignition and turning the key to the on position.
The lights would come on in the dash, via the scooter would start.
At this time, the remote starter would not function to start the bike, and the alarm would go off immediately if turned on.

Now, the scooter will not power up turning the ignition switch to on. checked and has power to switch and travels through.
The only way the scooter will power on now is with the remote start. Placing the key in the ignition and turn to on and then off, will not kill the scooter. It can only be done with the remote start.

I am at a lost as to what can be done.
If the remote start/alarm box is un-plugged, the key still does not turn the scooter on.
Need help with bypassing the remote start/alarm box with a wiring diagram.
