Hey everyone. Quick history, skip to the end for the actual problem. This scooter started running rough, dying at idle, taking a ton to start. I tore it open and found gas was just building up int he carb and leaking out everywhere. This was after I re-gapped by spark plug from 0.25inches to .8mm per the flyscooter manual. I bought this second hand, so things have been taken out and replaced. Ok, so I pulled the carb, cleaned the jets, checked the diaphragm, put it back together.
Actual problem:
There is no fuel pressure in the lines. From the fuel line to the filter and to the engine is not pulling a vacuum. There is fuel from the tank to the filter, but the filter won't fill with fuel and go past it.
