2016 atm50a1a with bbk
about a month ago i broke a belt replaced variator, belt and clutch
last night i rode about a mile and the belt desintigrated
replaced with a new racing variator i had just gotten, a slightly used belt and clutch (less than 2000km on both) that i had from when i installed my bbk until i could get new ones shipped
today took it out for test drive
i got less than 1/2 mile and the belt desintigrated again
what is causing this?
any ideas will help greatly
this is my only transportation

I have a 2016 atm50 that I just installed a 80cc bbk last week. It's been running great until tonight. I took off from work and when I hit 10mph it started sputtering and backfiring until about 20 - 25mph then it took off. Did this every time I had to stop and start. Got it home and took it inside put it up on center stand and it did the same thing with no load. Also I noticed a slight flickering of my dash lights. This is a brand new engine that i installed the bbk before i even ran it. New carb with a jet also. Something else i noticed. There was a slght flicker of my dash lights during the backfire and sputtering. Any ideas before I start blindly taking it apart? Thanks guys.

Scooter starts and idles fine. Accelerates great until I hit 25mph then it bogs down until i get to about 30mph then it takes back off and i can get 41mph no problem. New 19mm carb with jet. Needle valve set to lowest setting. Cone air filter. 4g weights. Removed petcock and installed manual fuel shut off. carb jet

I have a 2015 Tao Tao ATMa 1a with 8000K on it. I ride 25 miles round trip to work and back. last week i was going up a hill and it bogged i got off the throttle and coasted a bit and it was fine happened again the next night but it died this timen't get it to start with electric start but it started right up when i kicked it this happened one more time on the same hill. But last night i was going up another hill it died again but this time it wouldn't start. It just so happened a Harley rider was stopped at the light i was stalled at he asked me if everything was ok i told what was going on he said sounded like water in my fuel so today i drained my tank and took my carb off and cleaned it out put everything back together started it up and let it idle for about 15 mins then took it out for a test drive went around the hood for a few laps then it bogged down and died on a flat surface this time and wouldnt start at all again. I'm lost and any ideas would be great. Thanks in advance One note today when it was idleing i heard rattling from my variator so i think my roller weights are shot i don't know that would have anything to do with my problem but i thought i would mention it.
