Scooter starts and idles fine. Accelerates great until I hit 25mph then it bogs down until i get to about 30mph then it takes back off and i can get 41mph no problem. New 19mm carb with

jet. Needle valve set to lowest setting. Cone air filter. 4g weights. Removed petcock and installed manual fuel shut off.
