Even NASCAR Cup cars are fuel injected now. It is simple electronic throttle body injection, rather than multiport injection. More control over the engine,,,and much better mpg,,,I remember the huge carb vs injection debate when cars started the switchover ,,,now that debate is dead,,,injection is king and rightly so,,,I run carbs on my bikes now but my next one ( bmw r1150gs) will be and is injected,,,injection has single handedly transformed the car scene |

my bike handles e10 just fine but it runs a little bit lean with a little less power and a gallon won't last as long That's my observation to a T,,,,,,minor drop in mpg,,,and a minor drop in power,,,there's one station that sells actual race gasoline at the pump,,,it's crazy stupid expensive,,,I'll run a tank every now and again,,,(read 2x a year maybe),,there is a noticeable difference ,,,but I've had no degradation of any rubber hoses or parts ,,,, |
