I don't have that many gadgets, but its a 250cc.
Would I get away with a 4amps battery?

Tell me about taxes...
Lithium battery, I saw it don't remember where but not sure what to get also, yeah newbie.
I been searching for parts here and there and excited to get it up and running, that's why I don't remember where I saw the lithium battery.
I also saw the upgrade carburetor on scrappydog web page, is it worth the extra money?
Also, what are you guys using for the gas pump?
I saw the electric pump video but not sure if is a good upgrade and if so where to get one.
Raleigh is a nice place to live, friendly people but it's HOT and in winter time people driving........

Edit, I saw the battery in scrappydog, but 4 or 7amps?

It may be a dumb question.
Is it a 30mm carburetor?
The battery also, I think is kaput after been without use for a long time, no?

Scooter, Thanks a lot for your reply. I'loopm going to take the body apart and get hands in the carburetor, I guess that I need to take a few body parts apart to get it out? It's been a long time since I did something to it. I paid to this guy to come and check it out for me, 2 years ago, and just to tell me to use starter fluid in the air intake? $  if I remember right, he was from England living in Raleigh. I just have time during the weekends to play with it. Also, any place where I can get the carburetor that you guys recommend me? EBay? Or USA seller? Cheap, please or reliable seller Roketa 250cc 2012 |

Hi all, I live in Raleigh NC and I have a 250cc roketa scooter that has not seen action for 2 years.
It's been collecting cowbes for a long time.
The tank has gasoline in it, I guess I need to replace the carburetor and tires?
And it was giving me problems since day one, getting hot, not keeping in idle because it will shut off and takes forever to crank up, frustration rising....
Anyway, just glad that I found this place and hopefully I can get this scooter up and running with ya help.
