So I am up and running now!
Can anyone help me find a tach that is going to work and has a backlight?
seems I can only find one or the other haha.
I dont really like the tiny tach as it has no backlight...
I would really like it to be something sourced very cheap on ebay.
any help?

I have a uni filter and a # main jet coming too. Is a # the right jet for uni and stock exhaust. |

Ok the diaphragm was kind of jacked up and was not seated right for eight years.... It did not run the way it was set up before it sat. It only has 319 miles btw and I got it for $100 off craigslist.

Ok so my verucci came to life for a brief moment tonight...previous owner had carb diaphragm in with spring inside throttle body area as opposed to inside against the black plastic cap. Now I am dealing with diaphram not lifting and its blocking air way. I can get it started with nearly full throttle and manually lifting diaphram out of the airway. However it is poaring fuel out of the carbs throttle body even with out throttle. I have a keihin carb btw. Why is the diaphram doing this and why is fuel poaring out of throttle and not overflow?

So I found that the carb diaphragm was assembled incorrectly and that the bowl is full of gummy fuel residue. Now I am just waiting on shroud, cdi, coil, plug, battery, uni filter, # jet, belt, gasket set, manifold. wish me luck... |
