I've tried to find a manual. The manuals that are on this site don't state fuel tank capacities (unless I totally missed them).

At WOT and top speed (50 mph GPS-verified) my factory tach shows 8k RPM. According to the tach, 8k is the redline.

Anybody happen to know what the fuel tank capacity should be on my 125? I've done two fill-ups on it. Each time the needle was just above the E and it held about 0.5-0.6 gallons. Just wondering what the actual capacity is.

I was gonna ask a fuel question in a separate thread anyhow. LOL! So, I have the convenience of having two ethanol-free gases available to me on the way to work: Citgo octane and Chevron 87 octane. Is running a higher octane of any benefit to me? Also, got my permit on Friday (Woo hoo ), so I rode the scoot in to work on Saturday morning. Fabbed up a cell-phone mount while I was at work so I can check my speed by GPS. Top speed teeter-tottered between 49 and 50 mph. Also, at my top speed, my tach indicated right at 8K rpm.

Isn't aviation gas only red colored kerosine? I believe they use it in tractors and military vehicles too. Nope. Av Gas is 100 Low-Lead.

I downloaded a GPS-speedometer app to my phone tonight, so I'll give her another run tomorrow. As far as I know, it's a completely stock 125.

Took the scoot on its first trip on the open road. It topped out around 44-45 mph (as indicated). Does this sound about right for a 152QMI? I don't have any way to measure it by GPS at the moment.

So, I bought a Chinese Z-Bike 125 off of someone to use to commute to/from work. I'm just curious as to what the make and such actually is... The title states the make as "Zong". The insurance states the make as "Yumbo". The VIN plate at the handlebars states the manufacturer as "Taizhou Wangye Power Co., LTD" whereas the info plate under the seat states "Zhejiang Taizhou Wangye Power Co., LTD". I know there are usually some 's when it comes to Chinese scoots, just trying to sort this one out.

Anyone ever try to use any RainX products? I think they have wipes for anti-fog too. I was wondering about the RainX stuff. Wasn't sure if the wax would be ok to use on the shield.

LOL, I just got a brand new helmet today (I'm very new to the cycle world) and was curious about what is good to clean it with.
