Hi, i find my answer. Unfortunately kymco's crankshafts are a bit different gy6's. Kymco's crankshaft code is KDU. I find a few kdu stroker manufacturer and i sent emails them and waiting now because they dont have online chart.

Thanks a lot for your helps. My scooter is www.kymco.com/product/overview.asp?MotorCTID=DDF33213-B58A-4371-9271-D3E58AEF2C95In this site's part catalogue the crankshaft oem part no 13000-KFB7-405, as you can see actually 13000-KFB7-405 same as 13000-KFB7-900, it's only have extra KEY WOODRUFF (90701-HFB6-C00). 13000-KFB7-900 is 150 cc GY6 kymco engine's crankshaft oem no. I asked kymco dealer in Turkey about this sutiation, they dont have enough information, said that only the cylinder is same as GY6 57 mm spacing. So if i want to buy a BBK there is no problem but i want to buy a stroker. Because compression ratio is too low. what the 9.5:1. I am not use this scooter 400.000 km, who needs low compression ratio like this. 12:1 or 12.5:1 acceptable ratios maybe occurs more vibrations but it is not problem over 3000 rpm. Finally if i wont find any solution i think i shave cylinders head maybe 1 mm. I want to tell why i am doing this. There is no problem accelerate from 0 to km/h, after that suddenly power is gone and 105 km/h end of the track. On downhill 110 km/h. On km/h i only twist quarter throttle, on 100 km/h maybe half throttle but i give all there is no speed, rpm is rising but speed not. So consumption is high around 3 liters one person 80 km/h, two people 3.3 liters same speed, on full throttle over 4 liters.

SylvreKat thanks your welcome. Actually i want to increase the compression ratio and tune the whole transmission system. Variator, clutch, clutch bell, torque drive, aluminum half pulley, torque spring. In this case i think i got most efficient power tranfer from crankshaft to rear tyre. If i can increase the compression engine will be more powerfull and quick throttle response.

Hi, my name is Burak from Turkey.
I am 30 and i am living in Istanbul. I have Suzuki DL650 and Kymco Agility City 200i. I need some information tuning the scooter.
I've done some research about stroker crankshafts, BBK, variators and ex. I found what i need about transmission. Agility City 200i fits Dr.Pulley 181401 series but i am confused about the engine type. This engine 163 cc, 60mm bore and 57,8 mm stroke, same like GY6 engines but i am not sure about that does either the taidas 3,5 mm stroker or hoca 2,5 mm stroker fits this engine.
There are a lot of information about 157QMJ, 152QMI ex, but this engine series KF40AA.
Can you help about me. Thanks
