Thanks Iain . That is the plan I will go with . I am thinking that someone changed the front end on this Scooter . The Paint is a fresher color . They guy I bought this from is not mechanic inclined . Said something about his brother hitting a curb .

1987 Honda Elite ch8 , 80cc . Has front end wiggle ... feels like a nut is Not Tighten or some thing .
I have driven about a 100 miles and scooter tracks good ... but if you wiggle the front end , it is very noticeable , very sloppy .
I have the Shop Manuel and exploded view of various nuts and washers . That is where I will start looking for gremlin .
Any ideas ?
