New 50cc Scooter Owner. A couple of questions... (moved from General subforum)

Hello, I own a Roketa mc-31-50 and this is my first scooter. I have absolutely no experience with modding, de-restricting and what not, however, I am very interested in de-restricting in the near future because 30-35 mph feels very dangerous on a 45 mph speed limit area! I would feel more comfortable going at least 40mph at cruise. I'd like to start off with an aftermarket exhaust. What exhaust would fit this Roketa model? The engine is a GY6 model # 139QMB.
My scooter gives off this burning plastic or rubber smell. I don't see anything rubbing against each other. is this normal? The scooter is 4 days old
Also, I'd like to remove the washer spacer in the variator system but I have no experience disassembling an engine, nor do I wish to destroy the engine in an attempt >.< !! what's a reasonable price to have an expert remove the spacer?
