I am new to the forum and about to buy a 2006 Tank 250cc tomorrow with a speedometer issue. I just wanted to post a thank you to carasdad for the bit about the Speedo. I was all ready to get a cable but I will now watch the odometer when I take the test ride. Now I know exactly what to look for and what to replace. Thanks!
